First Visit to Japan in 2024: Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima & Hakone

My First Shabu-Shabu Experience During Our Orchestra Tour: Tokyo
Hello dear friends! It was great fun trying shabu-shabu with you for the first time. After one of our concerts in Tokyo, it turned out to be one of the most memorable meals of our time in Japan. Gently swishing thin slices of beef in the hot broth, then tasting them with the rich sesame sauce and fresh vegetables — everything was so beautifully presented, and the balance of flavors felt almost musical in its harmony. Ciao, è stato molto divertente passeggiare per Asakusa e il Tokyo Skytree. Grazie per averci accompagnato a pranzo, anche se non era in programma.
